Step 1

Sign up and choose a plan

Create your account in under a minute. Start with the free tier to run rank checks and explore the dashboard. Upgrade when you need more keywords or advanced features like API access and priority support.

No credit card required for the free trial. Your credits (tokens) are used per keyword checked—so you only pay for what you use.

Step 2

Add your domain and keywords

On the dashboard, enter the website you want to track and the keywords you care about. You can paste a list, one keyword per line. Then pick location, device (desktop, mobile, tablet), and language so results match how real users search.

You can also choose standard or high-priority processing. High priority uses 2x credits but returns results faster.

Step 3

We fetch live SERP data

Track My Ranks sends your request to our ranking data provider. Instead of making you poll repeatedly, we use a postback: as soon as results are ready, they’re pushed to our servers and saved. You see status on the results page and get a full SERP snapshot per keyword—organic results, featured snippets, People Also Ask, AI overviews, and more.

Results are typically ready within minutes. You can leave the page and come back; we’ll have your data stored.

Step 4

View results and analytics

Open the results page to see rankings for each keyword: position, URL, title, and movement. Drill into any keyword to see the full SERP. Over time, your history powers the Analytics dashboard: Overview, Keywords, Domains, SERP Features, and Insights—so you can spot trends, compare with competitors, and see where you’re winning or slipping.

Export data as JSON, CSV, or Excel anytime. Use it in reports, spreadsheets, or your own tools.

Step 5

Export and report

Download your ranking data in the format you need. Share with your team or clients. Higher plans include more keywords per search and per month, API access, and custom reports—so agencies and growing teams can scale without switching tools.
